As usual, we received another warm welcome from our friends at New Crescent Brewing. On the food truck tonight, Good To Go unleashed “The Colossal Kielbasa” aka “The Boss” and it was all the rage. See you again in two Fridays!
10.7 Marina is gorgeous! It might be my favorite new place to go to feel like I’m on vacation without actually being on vacation. If a beautiful and chill setting on the river isn’t enough, East End Brewing was serving up beers, DJ Dewy was boosting the ambiance with sounds, and it appears that Kayak rentals are always available. We highly recommend exploring this riverfront location hidden in the depths of Verona. Thanks for having us 10.7, we’d love love love to come back soon!
In other happenings, it was a special day for the food truck kitchen. A long time greatest friend ever, Brady came out of his catering retirement to assist on the flat top (filling in for chef Jimmy). Dave couldn’t have done it without you! Thanks for volunteering and coming to the rescue and even blowing off your plans to do so!! Sadly, we were so incredibly busy that no photos were taken of this great night and historic appearance. Cheese Steaks sold out in record time but Colossal Bacon Cheddar Dogs and Gourmet Nachos filled the void. Thanks for the support!
A great last minute fill-in, the Good To Go food truck stopped by Acclamation Brewing to has some beers and sell some subs (and gourmet pulled pork nachos!). It’s a great feeling to have a following of friends who stop by and support and it’s been equally great to see new smiling faces who enjoy our food. Thanks to Acclamation for having us and we’re so grateful for all of the kind compliments both online and in person about the food.

The Good To Go food truck made a stop at VFW Post 6681 for the first time and the result was a very solid turnout. We made a special new release sandwich called “The Uppercut” consisting of and 8 inch pulled pork hoagie base that was customized one of 4 different ways; Cuban Style, BBQ Style, 421 Style, or Original. If you missed it.. you really did miss it. It was a big hit! We appreciate the support and will be back soon!
