Street Food is a term used to describe food served from trucks, trailers, and table vendors but also could be takeout served such that it can be eaten while walking down the street without literally becoming street food by way of dropping it on the ground LOL.

So many people, so many cars in the lot that the 900 block of the Greensburg Pike was lined with cars and then some. Congrats to Bob for owning and operating the bard for 50 years! We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank some of our most supportive folks; Stacy & Val for sharing our posts, John and Eddie for various good deeds to help out, and the entire crew that has loyally supported Jimmy even before the truck while cooking in Bob’s kitchen. Hello everyone! We’re a new food service based out of the East End of Pittsburgh (and east suburbs) expected to be open for business in a few weeks (think early to mid-April). We’re fully mobile as our primary business will be directly serving you from our food truck. We’ll begin booking the truck for events on April 1st. Additionally, we will be catering, guest chef-ing bars and restaurants, and potentially adding on schedule-ahead-delivery from the truck shortly thereafter. Our primary simple truck menu will be built around the best Italian and Cheese Steak Hoagies that you’ll find along with fresh cut fries. We will have weekly and daily specials as well as a robust catering offering that will range from self-serve large portion comfort food trays to full service petite specialized exotic hors d’oeuvres.
